Be warned, although they advertise this an "as needed" a la cart product, they require a $400.00 per month minimum, something I certainly do not like or agree with.

Remote Monitoring and Management Software, which has everything except a viable remote control solution... they really need to partner with logmein or bomgar. The rebranded VNC in cloudcare remote IT is laggy garbage that fails to connect half the time. It's OK if you have RDC or Logmein or Other RC solution of your own.

Excellent Reporting and Management tools.
