Price is great and the functionality is great. It really has cut a lot of time off of quoting. The interface is old looking. Support is ok. Most of the time if you call in they seem like they just want to get you off the phone. Love the Integration with ConnectWise and real time from our Distribution channels. Overall a good product at a good price.
