I don't have anything bad to say about this!
This is the best bang for your buck. You will be hard pressed to find a similar solution in this price range.
The menus are clear and the user guide is too. The mobile app is great and so is the dashboard (windows) application.
Setup only takes a few minutes. That's a big deal for IT professionals that travel.
Support is extremely fast and helpful. I got a response back in less than 20min even though i'm in the US and they're in Ireland.
The amount of customization is stellar and always being updated.
