Worst RMM
Rating:

1.0
I agree with the comment that most of these reviews are manufactured and rubbish. The truth is the product is dated and lacking in features that most RMM's have. The features that it does have are sloppy and useless - everything has to be done via scripts and most of the time they don't work.

Save yourself from the agony of this RMM and look elsewhere.

Best Experience So far is with Naverisk!
Rating:

4.0
I've been trialing Naverisk for 7 days now and comparing it to GFI and N-Able. So far, I am very impressed with the fluid layout and simple approach to getting things done. The interface is very straightforward and my technicians and I were comfortable in using it in a production capacity after working with it for about 20 minutes. This is VASTLY different than my experience with GFI and AVG - where I have been directed to some 40+ hours of videos just to learn the product.

With Naverisk, the setup was simple (they did it for me) and I just need to deploy my agents and select the monitoring roles I wanted active. The entire setup process for evaluation literally took me about 5 minutes. In that time I was getting useful data such as system audits, monitors or AV and troubleshooting components too. I also LOVE that I can interact with the machines without having to use remote control. Things like CLI and Task management are so much easier in the interface.

The only issue I have right now with the software is the lack of Quickbooks integration for their billing system (which is tied to their ticketing) - and the SNMP scanning needs some work. It would be nice to pull down preloaded OIDS or MIBS from the library and activate as needed (like they have with scripting and roles).

The other thing I have really *liked* (use that term loosely here) is the sales experience. The guys in the US office have been very responsive and easy to work with - and they know technology. You can tell that they have worked in the field before after 5 minutes of talking with them. I mostly worked with a guy named Mike and would highly recommend him. They basically reached out and see what I needed and then check in from time to time. With GFI and N-able, those guys were like hounds and called almost every day. One at N-Able was trying to hard sell me when we hadn't even gotten the trial system up and running yet. I was quite put off about it.

So there is my three cents. When I'm done with the trial next week, I do plan on taking a look at Labtech next (although their reviews aren't that good) and see how they stack up. I'm pretty much sold on Naverisk - but want to be sure as well. Hope this review helps some of you out there.

WELCOME TO THE NEXT LEVEL
Rating:

5.0
For months we searched for RMM solution and we had several key features in mind - real-time monitoring, inventory and reporting system and remote maintenance in a single solution. We spent a lot of our time and energy looking for the right solution at the best price. We tested all the solutions that the market offers, but never found the right solution for us until we found Naverisk.
In theory all solutions were great, but in practice there was always something that was important to us and didn't function properly. Without bad feelings to other companies, their products are wonderful, but Naverisk gave us exactly what we needed- 100% working product, incredible Sales Department and surprisingly fast, reliable and professional support, which for me personally is uniquely. During our entire communication with Naverisk they replied to all of the questions quickly, responsibly and professionally.
Each and every one of you who reads my comment for the Naverisk trust me and test the quality of the company and you will convince yourself in what I said and know this - we have been there.

Thanks to Naverisk for everything they did and I expect to continue our work with them.

Naverisk is the all-in-one tool we needed to stay organized!
Rating:

5.0
When we began USA Computer Services we had several choices when it came to selecting an RMM and PSA utility. Having been in the industry myself for over 12 years I have used them all along the way. The one thing I was concerned about was that most of the RMM/PSA vendors have overloaded their products with far too many options (some cost extra), most are never used, and the learning curve for the business and employees was far too great. When we found Naverisk (after Dell Packet Trap closed up shop) we knew we were working with a relativity new player to the game and that they were combining both a service desk and a RMM tool all in one product which was a huge bonus to us. We have been using Naverisk for several months now and couldn't be happier. The support is second to none...this is worth repeating, I deal with many vendors and Naverisk's Technical and Customer support is second to none! They are always responsive and extremely helpful, they hold our hand on the simple stuff and are quick to respond when we have a important question. The service has never been unavailable (except for scheduled updates...which they do a couple times a year...woohoo, free new features!!!) and we couldn't be happier with our choice to use Naverisk to grow our company. The weekly and monthly reporting gives our clients an overview of the work we have done and overall health of their network which makes our lives easier when recommending upgrades or system replacements.

Pros: Top notch support, reliable, simple to use, new features added frequently, they listen to the Naverisk community on future enhancements

Cons: It's tough to label this as a con as I know they are working to get this released in the next release or two but no Quickbooks integration is my only negative.

Having tested this software for a week using Naverisk Cloud it was blatantly apparent this product was perfect for our current support structure and going forward for our MSP development. After demonstrating the product to our Directors and outlining the benefits over other MSP software I was able to purchase Naverisk then and there. We opted to purchase an on prem solution - the server install was for the most part straight forward but if you are familiar with IIS and SQL you should be fine.

We currently offer break fix support for a wide variety of clients and hardware. I have deployed Naverisk on all the the servers we support (no matter what contract level they have), it stops little day to day headaches (Checking backups, checking virus definitions, making sure the server has the right resources). It makes the perfect monitoring tool just for those critical servers.

Additional to the server side monitoring we have undergone extensive testing on workstation monitoring and the extra features for example the ability to send scripts to multiple devices make day to day management as easy as two clicks. This has increased our support turn around and has made management of our clients systems at least 80% more effective. We are now effectively and proactively monitoring 700+ endpoints in our first 3 months. We aim for this figure to increase expenentially in the next few months as the system will provide the service and features we need to keep staffing to a minimum but also maximise our clients experience.

Yes the features of MSP software are pretty much of a sameness but Naverisk makes deployment and implementation easy and streamlined. The more I use Naverisk the more potential I see in the service I can provide to my clients. Naverisk offers pretty much all the features other MSP's try and up sell you as extras in one box. We currently use team viewer but I can see this becoming obsolete now we have the Remote Desktop capability Naverisk offers with VNC or standard RDP.

I know that Naverisk have an on boarding team but believe me the software and tutorials are so easy to follow you shouldn't really need any guidance. Whenever I have needed any advice Naverisk have always been on hand and have answered any questions very promptly.

The team at Naverisk are excellent - unlike other MSP Software houses that are always trying the "Hard Sell" Naverisk know the software speaks for itself.

If you are reading this review - seriously just go to to the website and request a trial whether you are an IT Administrator for a SMB or a full blown MSP. This will save you hours of work and you will provide an excellent level of service to all your users. You can produce very granular reports on pretty much anything you need - Usage, performance, Security, Backup... and so on…

Naverisk RMM and Service Desk
Rating:

5.0
We went through a fairly exhaustive trawl of the RMM market just over a year ago. We had trials and quotes for quite a few of them. What attracted us to Naverisk was the inclusion of both RMM and Service Desk. Added to that Naverisk have both on-site and hosted SaaS offerings. We needed 1,500 end users and on-site offered an extremely cost effective solution.
Naverisk is our first RMM solution and whilst I will admit we have found things that we would have liked were missing from the service desk, Naverisk actually listen to their customers and implement the requests. The RMM aspects were pretty comprehensive. The Service Desk is where we found a few omissions. However, in the last 13 months there have been 3 new releases and there is another due in any day now. These 4 releases have filled many of the gaps we found in the service desk as well as adding new facilities to the RMM aspects.

I can’t express enough how refreshing it is to be dealing with a company that actually listens to their customers. How many of the other RMM providers can say the CEO gets his/her hands dirty dealing with the customers. Jon and his team are always willing to discuss ideas and are there to help. If you are unsure of how to use certain aspects of the system then free live on-line training sessions with one of the support guys are readily available. However, the system is very intuitive and there is an active forum.

I am sure if you want to pay ridiculous amounts of money for Kaseya or Labtech then I am certain you will find something on its feature list that Naverisk doesn’t have. But ask yourself is it worth paying 4-5 times the price for those features in a system that is much less user friendly.

All-in-all Naverisk is a good product at a good price from a good company.

Being a hands on expert and a trusted adviser in implementation of service assurance products for fortune 500 companies in the US and around the world, I am very impressed with the Naverisk RMM product and its professional staff. The product is scalable, very well thought of, and it complies with all the ITIL best practices procedures and methodologies. It is easy to implement, and learning curve is really insignificant; it is very intuitive!!!. Naverisk support staff would really support every step of the way. They are very sincere and honest, and they go extra mile helping their clients/partners to succeed. I am looking for long term relationship with Naverisk. Thanks Naverisk for helping PCH Software to succeed.

Comprehensive RMM from a highly professional company
Rating:

5.0
Having been a veteran of Kaseya, N-Able, GFI, Labtech (almost - extended trial but didn't sign) and Centrastage, I can say that Naverisk is a breath of fresh air. It contains all the necessary features you would expect from an RMM plus a few more you wouldn't expect. We don't use the service desk features as we have it integrated with Autotask (which works well).

The main factors that made us pick it were its speed of operation and the simplicity of its monitoring setup. Monitoring is very easy to apply yet also very granular at the same time.

Naverisk have been great to deal with as a company. Support has been excellent and it is great to deal with a smaller company that knows who you are and follow up on support issues rather than having to be pestered.

All round, a great product from a great company.

Naverisk is great for both Small and larger IT companies
Rating:

5.0
Naverisk is great for Startups and small consultants to build their company.

We are an SMB focused MSP based in Canada and we have been using Naverisk for over a year now as our RMM solution. We were looking for a on-premise installation, and most only offer SaaS service. This was one of the main reasons for Naverisk partnership. This allowed us to reduce the overall cost, and allows us to manage the data in-house.

The partnership is real, support is responsive and we get a personalized service. The time different between Canada and Naverisk support has never affected or caused any delays for our company, clients, or support.

We have just loaded the V5.2 public beta release. WOW! This is quality software. The Remote Control has been hugely improved and we can now offer our clients a branded web portal they can login to manage their support jobs and tickets.

If you are looking for software to run your IT business Naverisk should be at the top of your list. There is a lot more on offer here than just a RMM solution, the platform includes easy use service desk, time tracking and billing capabilities.

Key factors for us:

* Systray Icon that allows direct communication, screen shots, and brand-able.
* Customer Portal
* On-premise installation
* Overall cost

We are a UK based Managed Service Provider. We moved from GFI Max to the Naverisk RMM platform about 8 months ago. The move has saved us a lot of money and their support has been consistently reliable and responsive.

The Naverisk team have a lot of experience in the MSP industry and it shows in the platform features and their approach to partner support.

We mainly use the Naverisk RMM features, but are looking to take advantage of the Service Desk and Time Tracking/Billing capabilities shortly. Having everything we need in one software platform for our IT services business is very appealing.

The next release (V5.2) is due in a month or so, this has native Mac and Linux agents as well as a host other improvements.

We also utilize their security services suite and have started deploying Bitdefender end point security to our clients. The partnership discounts are awesome!

Overall the decision to move from GFI Max to Naverisk was a very positive one for our business.

Fantastic Product!
Rating:

I have been a user of Naverisk since their very early version and I can truly say that it is the most fantastic RMM tool that I have seen. I was looking for such a tool when the Naverisk rep cold-called on me and offered a trial. I had already looked at half a dozen other products of varying quality so I took advantage of the offer. Boy am I glad I did!!
We went with the hosted offering and, whilst they had some problems with their provider early on, the problems were quickly sorted out and, really we have never looked back. I have also used it hosted locally and I can attest to the fact that setup is an absolute breeze.
Compared with the others I, personally, prefer Naverisk for the following reasons.
1. It does what it says!
2. Alerting is immediate (other products poll their agents every so many minutes. A lot can happen on a server even in 5 minutes!)
3. The interface is clean and responsive.
4. It's simple and intuitive. You only see what you need to see (ie. the things that need attention) rather than a screen (or screens) full of traffic lights!!!
5. It can be almost infinitely extended by scripts and the template system is awesome.
6. The remote console is fabulous and perfect for quick checks without having to logon to machines.
7. The remote control options are great too. Not as fast as a dedicated remote control package but usable and being improved all the time.
8. Our clients LOVE the reports!
9. The support team is very responsive.
10. The price is right.
...and I haven't mentioned the scheduling, patching, live performance and many, many more features that are genuinely USEFUL!

Naverisk is obviously crafted by people with a passion for the business and they have done a wonderful job so far. I am looking forward to using the product in years to come.

This product is wonderfully designed. We were looking for a tool that reduces labor and is managable. We just switched from one of the big names to Naverisk and it has simplified things tremendously. The support is first class and the features are added on a frequent basis. The product has been built on a firm foundation that is quite intuitive. If you are looking for a RMM tool you should definitely consider Naverisk.

NAVERISK IS A COMPLETE RMM AND SERVICE DESK PLATFORM
Rating:

5.0
We, from Raka Brazil (https://www.raka.com.br), believe that, without Naverisk, we could never reach the quality of service delivery like we have today.

In a single console we have total control over our managed devices. It is not only our RMM tool; it is also a complete Service desk platform where I also support user requests.

Naverisk also brought me new opportunities to enter in a different market. Selling the onsite installation for big IT departments is a great deal.

They are constantly improving the tool and developing features based on Naverisk Community requests. It is 3 to 4 upgrades per year, and august, I believe, they will release the third major release of the year - v5.0.

Excellent support, very fast and efficient, even with the 13+ hours of time zone.
A really good option for smaller IT service provider, their team has a ton of Break – Fix and Managed Services business experience and I feel very confident running my business with Naverisk partnership.

I rate them 5, because I am sure that I wouldn´t be more happy with another platform.

A Service Providers Best Friend

At Connectivity IT (https://www.connectivityit.com.au) we have been using Naverisk for about 3 months now.

Naverisk's ease of device attachment hooked us. It takes seconds, not even minutes to deploy an agent to a machine - and managing huge virtual environments, seconds count. The online community has great user support, including group policy configurations to enable easy large scale connecting of client PCs.

The web page management interface is fantastic, super easy to use. We consolodated our help desk, our monitoring, our remote support and our application patch management for about 30 clients in about 3 months. The IT admins we support love the console and their improved capacity to support users.

The package is clearly evolving with the times, critical in todays market, which means our support tools will remain highly effective into the future. This was not a project I wanted to undertake twice and our team are pleased we made the right decision the first time.

We opperate the on-site version and delpoyment was easy. My team has excellent SQL and IIS skill sets and the deployment guide was clear and easy to follow, the proccess took about 2 hours including VM and OS deployment.

NAVERISK IS IT FOR INTELLIUM
(Updated: July 14, 2010)
Rating:

4.0
We at Intellium have been using Naverisk (rebranded as IntelliumCare) for over a year now.

We spent around 12 months trialing other products like Manage Engine, N-Able and Kaseya. All these products basically did the job, but they were either too complicated or too expensive. We w ere really looking for a product that fitted
our budget and had a very short learning curve. We didn’t want to be wasting time on bizarre monitoring and management concepts or over complicated interfaces. Naverisk fitted with this perfectly. On top of this the team at Naverisk are responsive and alw ays keen to listen to our questions and ideas about the product.

We run the product “on-premise”. Being an IT Services company it just made sense to us. Upgrades and patches are really simple. Backup, uninstall the old, install the new , done. It’s so quick and painless we can even do it during work hours.

The costs for this is far less than N-Able and Kaseya, and little less than Manage Engine.

So if you are looking for a well-priced product with a slick easy interface and great support, definitely check out Naverisk.

I'm giving it 4 out of 5, cause there is always room to improve :)

A RAPIDLY DEVELOPING EASY TO USE PRODUCT WITH FANTASTIC SUPPORT
(Updated: July 14, 2010)
Rating:

4.0
We have been using Naverisk for a little under a year, and in that time have seen rapid grow th of this relatively young product. The web interface is straightforward to navigate, the feature set is compelling and the price point
for the feature set was the catalyst to try it out.

We have been using the Hosted solution w hich has been highly stable. In that time there has only been one glitch I can think of , and the support team took care of it faster than any other vendor I have worked with in quite some time. We are about to move to the in house edition (to give us more agents for the same price) w hich requires only modest specs in our initial testing (and in the documentation).

Dual options for remote control, effective alerting, w ell set up basic templates that are readily tweak-able on a per site or per machine basis, and comprehensive reports (plus a host of other features) definitely make it worth taking it for a test drive.

We feel like a proper customer when dealing with Naverisk staff, and not 'just a number' or 'anannoying phone call or email in their busy work day'. The development team readily accept input into the product design and feature set, and it is great to see our requests make their w ay into the production version.

(Coincidentally, I sent of f an email request to their support address around 30 minutes ago and just received a reply.)

Naverisk easily rates a 4 out of 5.
