Like what happens with other software delivery models within the group, inSight follows an SaaS model that foresees downtime and infrastructure maintenance cost reduction in a problem prevention mindset, through constant and automatic supervision of critical system values.

Additionally, the organizational structure of the administrative tasks within the platform is planned according to a data analysis and consequent redistribution of activities that enables the optimization of resources.
