Took awhile to set things up, but they helped me out through the whole process. They also threw in this free training academy which was nice. It had all the content I needed to train my techs and users on how to best use the system. I'm reselling it to some of my clients and they love it too.

Their support team is top rate and follow up quickly and accurately. The price of the two factor product is quite reasonably priced for the SMB market. For MSPs that have to handle multiple servers and assure their clients of security, their MSP solution allows the MSP to handle turnover of techs without having to reset passwords all over the place.
