Good and flexible monitoring and ticketing and much more, was a good choice for us! The support is always fast and very helpfull. We are working with more efficiency since we use Atera.
We have been using the product from nearly the beginning and are overall pretty happy with it.
There have been made many improvements during that time which makes the product better and better.
There are still things that could be improved, but I am confident it will keep evolving in the future.
