In all fairness, my use of ATERA has just completed the trail stages. What I believe about ATERA is the opportunity to provide the value add services normally associated with expensive solutions provided by 'traditional' MSP software. Atera is going to upset the per device business model and replace it with a per user model. Thus, it is affordable as an MSP solution even to a single PC user. The combination of RMM, PSA Billing and the ability to include and customize extensively will become the value add service missing from the evolution of the 'cloud' services environment. Where I had envisioned the evolution from a 'break-fix' may not be available for the small service providers to individuals and SMBs, Atera appears to be the style of resource that will change MSP provisioning. It has provided optimism to this service provider to remain a valued add service to long standing clients
